Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the web design, web development, server administration and maintenance services provided by RMDevOps ("I", "me") to you ("client"). By commissioning a project or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Services include website design and development, Laravel/PHP application development, ecommerce and WordPress builds, server setup, optimization, security hardening and ongoing maintenance. The exact scope for each engagement is defined in a written quote or proposal before work begins.

2. Quotes & payment

• Fixed-price plans (e.g. Starter ₹6,999, Business ₹14,999) cover the scope listed on the pricing page.
• Custom projects are quoted individually. A project typically begins after an advance payment of 40–50%, with the balance due before final delivery or go-live.
• Quotes are valid for 15 days. Prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Timelines & revisions

Estimated timelines are shared in the proposal and depend on timely receipt of content, assets and feedback from you. Each plan includes the revision rounds listed at purchase; additional revisions or scope changes are quoted separately.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate content, brand assets and required access (hosting, domain, third-party accounts) in time.
• Ensure you hold rights to all materials you supply (text, images, logos).
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed windows.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final delivered website/code produced for your project. I retain the right to reuse general-purpose tools, libraries and know-how, and to showcase the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, themes, stock media) remain under their own licenses.

6. Hosting & third-party services

Hosting, domains and third-party services (payment gateways, email providers, CDNs) are billed by their respective providers and are your responsibility unless explicitly included. I can manage them on your behalf under a maintenance plan.

7. Warranties & liability

• I deliver work with professional care and fix bugs reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge (within original scope).
• I am not liable for losses caused by third-party outages, client modifications, or factors outside my control.
• My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.

8. Confidentiality

Credentials, business data and project details shared during an engagement are kept confidential and used only to deliver the work.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to that point is billed proportionally; advances for unstarted milestones are refunded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of West Bengal, India.
